TBA Cambridge Lower Secondary
TBA offers a learning path for students in Grades 6-8 (ages 11-14). It offers a high-quality curriculum, teacher support and integrated assessment.
Each subject has its own curriculum framework. This includes English, science, and mathematics. It provides a clear teaching structure. To monitor the progress of learners, we use integrated assessments.
As the teaching and learning process evolves, it shifts from being teacher-led to more student-led. Teachers now play the role of facilitators, helping students to interact and build upon their knowledge, and continue to improve their communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
It also provides seamless access to the Cambridge IGCSE Grades 9 and 10.
It is a challenging phase for Primary students as they transition into Middle School. This is a crucial period of transition, marked by increased independence and higher expectations for their learning. It also requires more responsibility.
Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint
Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint provides comprehensive feedback to learners on their strengths and areas of weakness.
At the end of Cambridge Lower Secondary, our learners take Cambridge Lower Secondary checkpoint tests. Each learner receives a certificate of achievement and a diagnosis report.
